DESCRIPTION

ACM cuts and processes single-core and multi-core cables, producing semi-finished and finished cables according to customer specifications.

The manufacturing processes are automated and controlled, ensuring precision, repeatability, and consistent product quality.

The main types of processing available are:

• cutting / shearing the cable to length;

• stripping of the outer covering;

• stripping of individual conductors;

• crimping of terminals and connectors;

• twisting of conductors;

• twisting and tinning;

• tinning of conductors;

• electrocompaction of conductors.

Crimping processes include the application of tips, eyelets, fastons and terminals, selected based on the application and the required electrical and mechanical requirements.

Processing is carried out to customer specifications, for both small and large series, ensuring consistent quality, reliable results, and rapid execution.
